Less Is More | December 5th-7th | Wicker Park 

Join us for our signature “Less is More” event at our SOHO inspired Wicker Park showroom. This is set to be our last event of the year!
 

We are seeking vendors with thoughtfully curated selections for this event on December 5th. Less is More kicks off with a reception from 6-9:00pm on Friday, Dec 5th. Vendors will be required to be onsite during the event and will be responsible for their own set-up/break down and sales during the event hours (Friday 6-9:00pm, Sat/Sun 12-6). Vendors may choose from several space dependent vending options.

Submissions close EOD 11/11.

 

All participants are required to register their business with IDOR. If you haven't yet, go to the IDOR website, and fill out form REG-1. We will need your account number to obtain the pop up license.

Availability

Load-in for the weekend will be 3:30-5pm on Friday, December 5th. Vendors must be set up by 5pm to start letting in customers. An early load in on Thursday is TBD.


The Less is More Reception is 6-9pm on Friday night, and store hours Sat & Sun are 12-6pm.


Load-out will be 6-7pm on Sunday night. We are only accepting vendors for all 3 days.

If you do not have one and do not sell regularly in person in IL please put “Tax Form” in this box. IF YOU SELL AT MARKETS MORE THAN 3 TIMES PER YEAR YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE IDOR.

All clothing vendors get shared space to display shoes/purses under their rack. If you have accessories or jewelry, please also select display space. 


The number of pieces is not a total for the entire event, you can bring back stock and restock as your items sell. Each space has limited availability- any vendor who is accepted will be given their chosen space as first come, first serve.

Please read this vendor agreement and sign below to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Olio Vendor Agreement

I understand that $25 of my total vending fee is for my temporary pop-up permit. This $25 collected from each vendor does not go to the event host, but rather it remitted to the City of Chicago.

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance with payment due within 48 hours of acceptance.
