Open Showroom | Nov 8-10 | Wicker Park

Join us for our "Open Showroom" event at our new SOHO inspired Wicker Park gallery space.We are seeking vendors with thoughtfully curated selections for this showroom Nov 8-10.


Vendors will be required to be onsite during the showroom and will be responsible for their own set-up/break down and sales during the event hours (Friday 1-7pm, Sat/Sun 12-6pm). Vendors may choose from several day and space dependent vending options.


All participants are encouraged to register their business with IDOR. If you haven't done so please follow this link, scroll down to where it says 'register' and fill out form REG-1, as we will need your account number to obtain the license. 


*NOTE - Applications close Sunday, Oct 13th. Vendors will start to be notified 48 hours after applications close.  Some vendors may be notified earlier if in good standing with OLIO.

Availability

Load-in will be Thursday evening OR 3-5pm on Friday Nov 8. For single day Sunday vendors load-in will be from 10-11am on Nov 10.


Load-out will be 6-7pm on Saturday and Sunday night. Priority will be given to vendors who book the whole weekend. Please mark your availability below.

All clothing vendors get shared space to display shoes/purses under their rack. If you have accessories or jewelry, please also select display space. 


The number of pieces is not a total for the entire event, you can bring back stock and restock as your items sell.

Vendor Agreement

Please read this vendor agreement and sign below to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Olio Vendor Agreement

I understand that $25 of my total vending fee is for my temporary pop-up permit. This $25 collected from each vendor does not go to the event host, but rather it remitted to the City of Chicago.
I agree and I have my Illinois Dept of Revenue number (IDOR)
I agree and I do not have my Illinois Dept of Revenue number and need to register for one

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance with payment due within 48 hours of acceptance.
