Availability

Load-in for the first event will be 3-4:45 pm on Friday, July 11. Vendors must be set up by 5pm to start letting in customers. Early load in on Thursday is TBD.


The grand opening party is Friday, July 11 6-9 pm.


Load-out will be 6-7pm on Sunday night. We are only accepting vendors for all 3 days.

All clothing vendors get shared space to display shoes/purses under their rack. If you have accessories or jewelry, please also select display space. 


The number of pieces is not a total for the entire event, you can bring back stock and restock as your items sell. Each space has limited availability- any vendor who is accepted will be given their chosen space as first come, first serve.

I understand that $25 of my total vending fee is for my temporary pop-up permit. This $25 collected from each vendor does not go to the event host, but rather it remitted to the City of Chicago.

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance with payment due within 48 hours of acceptance.

VENDOR APPLICATION - July 11-13 | Wicker Park 

Olio Chicago Grand Reopening at 1421!

We’re thrilled to announce the grand reopening of our beloved Olio Chicago location at 1421—now beautifully reborn and ready to welcome you back! Join us for our Grand Opening Celebration on Friday, July 11, from 6–9 PM. Weekend store hours will follow from 12–6 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

We’re currently seeking vendors offering high-end women’s and men’s clothing, streetwear, jewelry, and home decor to join us for this special weekend. Vendors are required to be onsite during the event and are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and sales. Event hours are:

  • Friday: 6–9 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM–6 PM

We offer flexible vending options based on space and day availability.

Important: All participating vendors must register their business with the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR). If you haven’t already, please visit the IDOR website, scroll down to 'Register', and complete Form REG-1. We will need your account number to secure the event license.
