VENDOR APPLICATION - October 24th-26th | Wicker Park 

Apply to 'Less is More' 10/24-26 at our newly remodeled Wicker Park location.

We'll hold a sip & shop reception on the night of Friday, October 24th from 6–9 PM. Weekend store hours will follow from 12–7 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Milwaukee Ave is closed to cars on Sunday the 26th to turn it into a pedestrian only, block party and sale destination. We're looking forward to a great time that weekend!

For this event, we're seeking vendors who offer high-end women’s and men’s clothing, local designers, jewelry, and home decor to join us for this event. Vendors are required to be onsite during the event and are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and sales. Event hours are:

  • Friday: 6–9 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 12–7 PM

Important: All participating vendors must register their business with the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR). If you haven’t already, please visit the IDOR website, scroll down to 'Register', and complete Form REG-1. We will need your account number to secure the event license.

Availability

Load-in for the weekend will be 3:30-5pm on Friday, October 24th. Vendors must be set up by 5pm to start letting in customers. An early load in on Thursday is TBD.


The Less is More Reception is 6-9pm on Friday night, and store hours Sat & Sun are 12-7pm.


Load-out will be 7-8pm on Sunday night, traffic permitting. We may allow for a Monday morning load out due to street closure. We are only accepting vendors for all 3 days.

If you do not have one and do not sell regularly in person in IL please put “Tax Form” in this box. IF YOU SELL AT MARKETS MORE THAN 3 TIMES PER YEAR YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE IDOR.

All clothing vendors get shared space to display shoes/purses under their rack. If you have accessories or jewelry, please also select display space. 


The number of pieces is not a total for the entire event, you can bring back stock and restock as your items sell. Each space has limited availability- any vendor who is accepted will be given their chosen space as first come, first serve.

I understand that $25 of my total vending fee is for my temporary pop-up permit. This $25 collected from each vendor does not go to the event host, but rather it remitted to the City of Chicago.

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance with payment due within 48 hours of acceptance.
